I just got my Windows XP Pro upgrade to work on OS X beta 3. Thanks to those of you who posted about using an ISO instead of CD disc. Thanks to Parallels team for an absolutely fantastic product.

Here's a real pain, however. I go to great lengths each time I'm in Windows to configure the start menu, quick launch toolbar, etc. the way I want, only to be disappointed that all my customizing is forgotten when I boot into Windows XP VM again. What's up with that?

Also, it bothers me no end that when I right-click (or ctrl-click) something, be it a folder or file, I have to click it once just to activate it, then again to do something with the contextual menu. A right-click (or ctrl-click) should activate the selection AND bring up the context menu. This is a UI bug that I really hope is resolved.

I'd love to hear if anyone has any work-arounds for these issues. Are they known bugs that are being worked on?

    Thanks.
