Trial Version lasts only 3 days?

    Hi,

    sorry, don't know any other place than this to ask this.

    I am using Parallels since I switched to Mac (Parallels 11,12,13). My employer provided me now a Mac machine with Windows VM running on virtual box. Performance is bad. So I try to convince my employer to use parallels instead. Therefore I downloaded a trial version for my employers machine on Jan 11th. It was supposed to run for 14 days but it stopped over the weekend (13th oder 14th) -- I cannot use the trial version before I could even start to show performance differences.

    How do I get a full 14days running trial version?

    Hi MarkusS8. Please click on the Parallels Desktop icon in the Mac menu bar on the top (it looks like 2 red lines) and select 'Account & License...'. In the window that appears, please click on where the e-mail address is displayed (in the top right corner), select 'Sign Out' from the menu that appears, log into your Parallels account in the next screen and re-activate the trial.
