Thunderbolt Display monitor, Windows 10 and Parallels 13 Screen resolution issue

Hi,

When i upgraded to Win 10, by screen resolution in Windows will not go over 1900 x when the desired resolution is 2560 xx. When i go into the graphics setting i don't see any options to enable retina display or anything like that. Also, the resolution was working fine prior to my upgrade to Win 10. I was using Win 8.1

Hello JohnS47, Let us ensure that Parallels Tools are properly installed. Please follow this link to install Parallels Tools. If you see reinstall or update Parallels Tools then kindly reinstall it.
