hi, i just install Parallels Remote Application Server. But when i try to add Terminal Server, the State will indicate 'Agent Not Found'. I have search online and here, but could only find one link relate to this - http://kb.parallels.com/123703 but i think its for older version as when i go into the registry there are no 2x value in there; same with the program folders I am using the latest version 15.5 and running on a VPS with Windows Server 2012 Standard p/s - if i ignore and click install, it will prompt for credentials. i put my RDP login(administrator) but it will re-prompt me and would not go through p/ss - is it bcoz of the port 3389?
