Hi, we use the Parallels Client for RAS on windows 10 machines, and sporadically the ip address/RAS connection will disappear for users. (individually, not as a group). Simply re-adding it works, but it is increasing our call volume for a simple fix. Has anybody experienced this and know of what might be causing the connection to drop from the Connections panel?
Hi @OliverK7, are you able to see the Parallels Client icon in the Quick Launch bar? Could you please check the following setting on the Parallels Client Properties? Parallels Client -> Connection Properties -> Connection Advanced Settings -> Connection timeout, Show connection banner if connection is not established within _ seconds and Show desktop if the published application does not start within _ seconds? If possible, please share the screenshot of the Connection Advanced Settings.
Sorry for the lengthy time away. The settings from top to bottom are 60 seconds, 5 seconds, 30 seconds, checkbox is checked, 10, 5 seconds, blank, and pre-launch is off. One other piece of information, I believe the connection address is stored on Citrix servers, and is pulled from there every time Parallels is started.
