I just got the new Apple bluetooth keyboard with the numeric keypad and when in Windows it does not recognize the keys when pressed on the numeric keypad. I suspect this is some kind of new driver required.

    Thoughts?

Hi @KentB1 , please Click Parallels Icon ll > Configure > Hardware > Mouse & keyboard > Keyboard > Select "Do not optimise for Games" and let us know if that works.

It was already set to "Do not optimize for games". So no.

Hi @KentB1 , please take snapshot ( Action > Take snapshot) and then please click Win + R and type devmgmt.msc , right click and remove the Keyboard drivers . Once it is done, please click Actions > Reinstall Parallels Tools and let us know if that helps.

with the "x" key, above the "7" on the num keypad, you can activate the num keypad

The key above the 7 key on an Apple keyboard is the Clear key. What x key are you referring to? What keyboard are you referring to?

Yes, use 'CLEAR' key on the keyboard which will enable numeric keypad. You can also refer to this article.
