I am a new Parallels Access user. I am attempting to access a Windows 7 machine at work from my Windows 10 machine at home. Both are set to UK keyboards, because that's where I am based. I can access the computer fine. But when I go to log into anything on the remote (W7) machine using an email address and attempt to type the "@" key, it types "¬" instead, rendering the session pretty useless. It's as if Parallels is ignoring my keyboard selection and imposing it's own settings, which I cannot seem to find and correct. Solution?
Hi @MiguelF4 , is this happening only with one particular key or any other keys? And is this happening only when you type in email ? Have you tried using the same key in a different application inside your machine?
