I purchased a MAC Book new 5 years ago and had Parallels 7 loaded with WIN7 by the store. Apparently they must have registered the Parallels key. I never did (my bad) Now when I created an account on Parallels and want to register so that I can be a member and do upgrades, the site tells me that the KEY is already registered. Can I get the key or account changed to my name or do I simply keep my new account and register for a new version of Parallels?
