Delete my account

    An account holder should be able to delete their own account. What an oversight! Look at all the people who's time has been wasted trying to figure out how to delete their account, who end up posting to this forum. And then time is wasted by Parallels staff fulfilling these requests.

    Imagine how many non-active accounts you guys have in your database. Imagine the ill-will that you are generating from people who are receiving emails, as I did today, prompting them to change their password for an account that they haven't used in years.

    This is basic stuff. Get with it guys!

    But first, delete my account.
