    Hello,

I have MS Office for the Mac side.

Any way of using, e.g., WORD when on the Windows side, without having to purchase any new MS software ?

    Thanks,
    Bob

Hi @RobertR18, are you using Office 365 or MS Office 2016? Basically, you have to install MS Office in Windows virtual machine to access the application files inside Windows virtual machine. You may also open Windows MS Office files using MS Office for Mac without installing MS Office for Windows.

    Hello,

Quick thanks for help; much appreciated.

I have: "MS Office Home & Student 2016 For 1 MAC"

I have this now installed on the MAC side; works fine.

Are you saying that I can "also" install this on the Windows side ?

    Regards,
    Bob

    Hi,
Never realized I could do that. Blame it on old age.
    Thanks so much.

One clarification, please: When I'm on the Windows side, how can I create (and save) a Document ?
I have no WORD icon or shortcut on the Windows side.

    Regards, and thanks again,
    Bob
