Hello, After a crash of my old imac, i want to deactivate my license and reinstall it on my new imac. What do i have to do, since i don't have access to my old pc? Thanks!
Hello @HansC1 We have made changes to the activation key you have shared with us in the private message. Please follow the instructions below: 1. Quit Parallels Desktop, then try to activate after launching it again. 2. If you are still unable to activate, Open Terminal on the Mac and execute this command: prlsrvctl activate-license-online
Thank you for this information, but my old imac crashed completely ( i only have a black screen and the repair costs are to high) So i only have access on my new imac (without parallels for the moment) Can you deactivate my old license, so that i can reinstall it on my new Imac?
