The remote computer has ended the connection

Hi
I have a problem whith four users. This users logued on parallels. The first time is ok, they run the apps, but the second time they logued to parallels, the system show this message



I follow this page http://kb.parallels.com/es/123994, the problem is solved but for one time. My users have to do the same procedure every time they want to use parallels.
I see in my logs of Licesing Terminal Server that the PCs of users have a temporary license, never have a RDS Per Device Installed. I have 100 Licenses free.
Any ideas for solved this problem.

I check this before. This users only in their computer have this problem. In their tablets, smarphones or another PC they use parallels fine.
