sound record stops when i record screen video

Hi,
I was recording video area before, and it was perfect.
But now. When i try this it records video but no audio.
i changed nothing. when i check preferences, audio source is system audio.
What i realize is that maybe that's happened after i updated Paralels
Anyone can help me on that matter please?

 

Have you tried recording window instead of area?

We need some additional info about your problem.
1) Send technical data (Open Toolbox Window --> 'gear' icon' --> Help -> Send Technical Data ) and post its ID here
2) Try to change 'System Audio' to 'Same as System' or 'Built-in microphone'. Will sound be recorded in such case?

yep, tried both today too, not working.

 

And yes i send technical data . id is 230880069
if i try Built-in microphone, sound records. system audio is not working.
