Shocking neglect by Parallels staff in these forums

    Having recently installed Parallels 10 in order to run Snow Leopard Server on my Mac (whose host OS is Mavericks), I had a few questions / problems after setting up and running. I opened two or three topics, and added a comment to one other. In two of my topics I was asked by Parallels staff for more information which I duly provided.

    After giving the information asked for, what then? Nothing. Nada. Zip. Zilch. I was effectively abandoned by the very people who had (seemingly) offered to help me. Whether this was due to ignorance, laziness, incompetence, or something other, or a combination of these, I don't know. What I do know is that it's left a sour taste in my mouth and as a direct result, I will not be giving any word-of-mouth recommendations for Parallels. And as I'm sure you are well aware, word of mouth is your #1 route to new customers.

    Enough said.
