We have about 25 people connecting in now using Parallels, all using Windows 10 and the RAS client for Windows. On one of those PCs, every time they open the client they are prompted with "You have no RAS Connection configured, would you like to add one now?". We type in the configuration information and connect, but the next time we launch the app it doesn't save like it should. I have tried launching it as administrator, but that didn't make any different either. Does anyone have any ideas?

Configuration info is saved both in the registry (HKCU\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Parallels\AppServerClient) and on the file system (%userprofile%\AppData\Roaming\2XClient) (ref: http://kb.parallels.com/en/123706).

You can check if the data is being saved in those locations after the connection is created.
If it is saved correctly, you could check that it still there after you close and start the client again. If needed, uninstall the client, cleanup the configuration by following the instructions in the KB above and re-install.
