Problems with iPad Air and iPad Pro not showing full screen

    This is my second day working with Parallels Access and for some reason, the full screen observed yesterday on both devices now has changed and no full screen is seen regardless of the changes made under "settings (or cogwheel)", what is going?
     
  2. Please try to reinstall app and check again.
     
  3. Also please let us know which version of Parallels Access are your using?
