Hi @CarlosR7, please follow the below steps to fix the issue:
    1. Shut down the virtual machine.
    2. Open virtual machine configurations > Hardware tab > Mouse & Keyboard > Open Shortcuts Preferences > Virtual Machine >your windows machine's name > Profile > Windows
    3. Click on + button in order to add a shortcut. Add From:Shift To:Shift
NOTE: you need to add the same shortcuts for all required modifier keys (CTRL, ALT, etc
    4. Boot your virtual machine and check the issue persists.

Hi, Paul, how are you? I made the inclusion of some commands as attached to this, but apparently nothing has changed, the strange thing is that inside the virtual machine everything works ok, the problem is only with my connections via terminal server to windows servers.

Now it may be that I'm making the wrong settings.

Big hug and thanks for the support until now
