Parallels Desktop Remoting

Dear All,

I'm a happy and long-time user of Parallels Desktop and especially love the Coherence mode.
But my VM is getting bigger and bigger, my Mac's storage is limited and so I decided to move with the most Windows stuff to a dedicated headless PC.
I wonder if there is any option (or product) that gives me the Coherence-like experience for a remote computer.
I know there are lots of Server-focussed applications, but eg the Parallels Remote Applications Server is meant for multiple-users and is... well... pricey.
Basically, I want to see the apps installed on my remote machine in my MacBook Pro's dock and when I click on an app it should open in a "Window-less" or "seamless" mode.

Phew, is this understandable?
