Parallels Desktop 4.0 install broken

    I just downloaded my upgrade from 3.0 today and attempted to install. The installer seems to be happy on exit, but after reading here I see that it could not possibly be happy, because there are many steps missing from the install. I checked my console, and there seems to be quite a few problems. Help?

    Attached is the dump from my Console log, on my SECOND attempt to install.

    Hello,

    Can you please describe the issue a bit:

    1) you upgraded to Parallels Desktop 4.0 and tried to convert your Virtual Machine?
    2) where did you see the error message on what step?
    3) can you please provide us with the ticket number so we can contact via it.
