Parallels 11 on stick and installed instead of 12

    Hello,
    Purchased what I thought was parallels 12 from our computer store only to find out that 11 was installed. What can I do to get 12? This is for one of our users who recently got the new MBPro with the touch bar. I am happy to supply the invoice and code as proof.
