one program appears in very small text

I have one third party program that when open appears in tiny text, it also over fills the screen so the bottom items in the window are cut off. Maximizing / minimizing do not affect it nor does adjusting the screen resolution. Other windows programs such as word and excel appear normally. NEVER MIND figured it out it was the retina resolution setting, needed to be set for "Scaled"
