Hi, I have Parallels 13 and want to install Win 10. I get the message "No enogh disk space". If I want to configure the hard disk all items are grey - no changes are possible. What is false ?
Hello @Dr.P1 , please share a screenshot of the error message and to configure Hard Disk make sure the virtual machine is Shut Down. Thanks
Hello, the installation of Win10 was successful. However: - Parallels and Windows show the sign Win 7 instead Win 10 (see attachment) - how can a configure the hard disk under Windows whilst the virtual machine is shut down ? If I start Windows the virtual machine is started automatically.
Hello @Dr.P1 , Please refer http://kb.parallels.com/117287 to get to your virtual machine configuration and switch to General tab and type the desired name in Name field. Thanks
