I just installed both Parallel Desktop 12 and Windows 10 vm. In Windows my mac drives don't show up in File Explorer or Start / Computer. Only C: and D: (Windows's). I was previously using Windows XP Prof and the Mac drives showed up as Y: and Z:

Hi @JoseR3 , please reinstall Parallels tools (Actions > Reinstall Tools) and then please make sure that Sharing feature is enabled . Please check http://kb.parallels.com/122567 to know more about Sharing in Parallels Desktop for Mac.

    Same issue here.
Reinstalling does not help - it sends a crash code to Parallels.

Switching on/off of sharing does not change anything.

    \Support code: 182727791

EDIT: I found a work-around. I can force it to work by manually mounting the drives as shared folders, then after reinstalling PT again, it lets me deselect them, and presto! I can now see the drives.
