Installed wrong Version of Windows

I installed the wrong version of windows 10 into Parallels 13, and I only realized this after installing all of my windows programs. I then installed a second VM with the appropriate (for me) version of windows 10. Is there any way to migrate all the programs or do I have to reinstall all the programs into my new window? Or better yet, can I change versions of windows in my original VM?
First time around, I installed Windows 10 as offered to me when I installed Parallels on my new Mac. Then I realized I was supposed to use the windows 10 at my university.

 

Hello @SamP3 , Please refer http://kb.parallels.com/117758 to add a hard disk from one virtual machine to another virtual machine and the programs/softwares have to be installed in the new Windows.
