Install El Capitan on a late 2016 MBP on a physical partition

I can't directly install El Capitan because it lacks drivers for new hardware like the touch bar. I successfully installed it in a .pvm file, but having a file system go through another file system is slow. I want to run Xcode 7 to convert swift files and was hoping I could get rid of one file system layer by installing directly on a physical partition.

    How can this be done?
