Hi @RobertF9 , please try reinstalling Parallels Tools inside your virtual machine and check if that helps. Please click here for further assistance.

Under Actions/Install paralell tools I click nothing happens.
Is there a you tube film perhaps to watch?

Hi @RobertF9, can you please check if host files are available in Finder > Shared > 127.0.0.1? See attached screenshot.
Shared Profile is very limited for macOS guests, there is no Shared Profile similarly to Windows VM, i.e. Documents folder in macOS VM will not contain host Mac Documents.

Ok, dan vraagt het om een wachtwoord. Maar het wachtwoord op de VM en op de "echte" herkent hij niet.
