Hi, Bought parallels a few years ago (yellow box, not used in few years) would I need to buy it again or can I use the same purchase and download the latest software? (it was registered at the time of purchase). Thank you for your replies in advance. Regards, KB
Hi @KarlB4, please check the version of Parallels Desktop you had bought and the Mac OSX version currently running on your Mac machine. Then, use this article to determine which Parallels version you'd need to use. Additionally, please note that license keys only work for copies of the corresponding version, so you cannot use the license you purchased before with the latest Parallels version.
