I am preparing a computer to give away or sell. Last time I did this I did not deauthorize the computer in Parallels first and it made it quite difficult to get the new computer authorized. I have 3 licenses that display in My Account, but I don't know which one is the computer I want to clear out. Anyone familiar with this process? Also just want to express my dismay that the only ways to chat with customer service now seem to be Facebook or Twitter. Some of us old guys don't belong to either, and don't want to. (Anyone seen "The Circle"?)
