Change behaviour of clicking the menu bar icon

    Clicking all my menu bar icons EXCEPT Parallels Toolbox does not take focus from the current app. For example, if I am using Safari and I click any other icon in the toolbar, Safari remains in focus. With Parallels Toolbox, clicking its icon takes focus from the app and (to make things worse) does not return focus afterwards. This is inconsistent and most un-Mac-like! (Feels clunky.)

    This has been resolved in the Toolbox 3.0 released today
