Can't drag and drop files from Windows 10 to Mac Parallels 12

I had to roll back my Windows 10 after a virus or Windows 10 upgrade issue. I cannot drag files from Windows to my Mac desktop ... using Sierra 10.12.6. I've made sure everything in Parallels sharing is turned on. Help!!
