I've had my motherboard replaced twice(!) in the last month by Apple and after the 1st time, I was able to activate my Parallels 13 Pro. But now, after getting the motherboard replaced again (what a nightmare), Parallels says "This license has reached it's activation limit and can no longer be used to activate new product copies."

I can't figure out how to deactivate the last 2 installs and activate this one.

    Help? Thank you.

  2. Hi pizzafilms. Please provide the last 3 digits of the license key that you are trying to activate.

  4. We have reset the license key. Please try to activate now and it should work.
