cannot even login the account

I cannot login the account, then cannot use the software!!!!!!!!

 

I followed this article: http://kb.parallels.com/en/113744 to handle this problem, but still cannot register and login.

 

Hi @danielding , please try uninstalling and reinstalling Parallels Desktop for Mac application and check if that helps.
