Cancellation & Refund

    Dear Sir or Madam:
    A staff member had already informed me that I would receive a refund and also they would cancel my subscription to Parrallels Desktop but it has been months and I'm still haven't received a refund and I'm not sure if they have canceled my subscription, yet. Please I need your assistance/help. Thank you for your consideration and time.
