Just like the title says, Was having no issues accessing the windows PC through Parallels Access on the mac, but now it doesn't connect. It says it's connecting for a brief moment, and then stops. I am able to connect to the Windows PC through the app on my iPad and iPhone.
Hello John. Please clear the cache/cookies from the browser, close the browser, reopen it and re-attempt the connection. If the issue persists, try using a different browser.
Hi, I am also having the same issue. I have tried all that and even switched computers, but it doesn't work thru web browser. It works on Ipad/Iphone. Please fix the issue.
Hello @VipulJ. Have you tried removing and reinstalling Parallels Access on the remote computer? If not, then please remove Parallels Access on the remote computer, log into your Parallels account and reinstall Parallels Access on the remote computer. Should the issue persist still, please let us know.
