Running PD 12.1.2 on mac. Host is Sierra
Not sure what is broke. I added a second drive (20g) to the ubuntu vm via control center. I start the vm and the drive is not mounted. Not sure if its suppose to auto mount or not. Anyway, i start a terminal session and invoke cfdisk.

    cfdisk reports
    /dev/sda1 56g Linux
    /dev/sda2 8g Extended
    /dev/sda5 Linux swap / Sol

The second drive is in the pvm file. I have been able to drag and drop the drive onto the desktop and a folder is created.
Not sure were to go from here.

    Thanks in advance

Hi RalphP1, please check if the hard drive works fine on Mac.
    * Start Parallels Desktop and Start Windows virtual machine.
    * Click on Virtual Machine menu on the top mac menu bar click on Configure -> Options -> Sharing and enable "Map Mac volumes to Linux"
    * Close the Configuration window and check if you are able to access the hard disk.
