Hi My 19 pro subscription key requires previous activation key for activate. Any my current 19 pro subscription was renew last June from 17 standard key upgrade to 18 pro. So I don't have any issue until today upgrade 19 to new version. and when it prompt to activate, and require previous key. Any help with this issue? Cheers,
