Additional mouse buttons do not work in Ubuntu

    Hello,
    I am using a mouse with additional buttons: 4 and 5, which would come in handy when browser through the internet or going over the directories in Nautilus. These mouse buttons do not work. Buttons left, right and middle work correctly though. And the buttons 4 and 5 work correctly in Windows. Is this a known issue?
