deleting an account

    Hi- The Parallels license I bought for my MacBook Pro has slowed my computer to a crawl. There is just not enough memory on my computer. The Parallels version we have on our desktop is working beautifully. Can I please uninstall but keep the license so I can use it on another device/laptop? Speaking of, can I download it to my iPad Pro and use it there instead??

    Yes, you can uninstall Parallels Desktop and later use it on another Mac. Parallels Desktop can be only installed on a Mac not on a iPad Pro.

    Hi again-

    I actually need to just delete my account for that license please. Will I be able to get reimbursed? It was never used as it just doesn't work with my computer :(

    Please delete my parallels account and this forum account. Please email me at the address associated with my account when completed. I am no longer using Parallels Access, have cancelled my subscription renewal and don't plan on it in the future. In addition to the performance issues I had using Parallels, having to request my account be deleted in a public forum just added to my frustration.
