When resuming from a sleeping Mac, sometimes my Windows 10 signs me out. This requires me to sign back in. I've never seen this before with other versions of Parallels and I'm wondering if there is a setting that I'm missing. With Parallels 12 I never had this issue. Ideas?
Hello @AndrewL14 , Please follow the steps provided in the Microsoft Blog below and check if it works https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us...f/f784ed6f-a594-496a-a850-553f3e18d00c?auth=1 Thanks
I'm sorry @Alfena@Parallels that didn't work. Every time I close the lid, the windows virtual machine logs out and forces me to click the lock screen, and then high sign in to get back into windows.
I'm having the same problem. How do I set it up so that it doesn't lock on Mac suspend/resume? I'm the only user on the Mac and the Windows VM. I don't want to have to log in to the VM all the time.
Hi @VeronicaB1, please open its configuration ( http://kb.parallels.com/en/117287 ) > go to Options > check "Pause Windows when possible" and select "Custom" -> on window close -> Suspend.
