Can't run Windows 10 for 2nd User "Unable to change the virtual machine permissions."

Mac OSX 10.11.6
Parallels Desktop Lite for Mac 1.2.0
Windows 10.
I have installed the "Windows 10.pvm" in the /Users/Shared/Parallels folder.
Windows works for the main mac user. Can't get it to run for second user: "
Unable to change the virtual machine permissions."
This is what I've done in the terminal:

sudo chmod -R og+rwx /Users/Shared/Parallels/Windows\ 10\ \(1\).pvm
sudo chmod -R +a "(yes I changed to the second user name) file_inherit,directory_inherit,list,add_file,search,delete,add_subdirectory,delete_child,readattr,writeattr,readextattr,writeextattr,readsecurity" /path_to_virtual machine" /Users/Shared/Parallels/Windows\ 10\\(1\).pvm
