I forgot my password to my Windows 10 user account, and decided to wipe my virtual machine by - holding shift and clicking restart - clicking troubleshoot, then reset computer Unfortunately now my virtual machine is stuck at "resetting this pc 66%", and the progress has not been going up for a long time now. What can I do? Is there any way I can retrieve the Windows 10 product key and simply install a new virtual machine? Thanks.
