Hello, My Parallels Pro for Mac subscription has just renewed for 2018. I can no longer login to Parallels on my Mac. I followed the Activation screens and my upgrade code is populated automatically after I've signed on with my account. However, I'm still asked for my original license. However, this license doesn't work anymore. It was fine last year and with support help I got up and running again (I had to uninstall Parallels 12, install 11 and then 'upgrade' back to 12). Do I have to do the same for 12 - 13? Regards, Gary
