    Greetings,
I updated to 13.1.0 build 43108 two days ago.
I switched back to DirectX9 which made my Windows 10 VM at least usable.
Now, playing any video is impossible, regardless of format or resolution.
Graphics memory is set at 1GB (recommended).
How can I go BACK to the previous version?
This Windows 10 VM is unusable at this point.

I've set it to DirectX10 before, with no luck. I have attached a screen shot of what the Windows10 desktop looks like after setting it to DirectX10. Parallels Picture.png
Switching back to DirectX9 makes the desktop look normal. I have also reinstalled Parallels tools a couple of times and that has not helped.
I have created support ticket 2451670 so I am hoping someone at Parallels can help me. My VM is basically useless.

I got some email support for my ticket and I resorted to installing the previous version. Everything is fine now. Is this a bug??
