How do you get the 2 black bars from Keep Ratio from the left to the right to the bottem to the top?

    Sorry, i really need help, theres this game ive actually always wanted to play but when i go fullscreen or not fullscreen, the screen would be always cut off so sometimes i cannot access buttons but last time i played around in the configures and the screen with the 2 black bars from the bottem to the top made my game go in the correct resolution making the buttons visible, but it changed by default later on and i cannot change it back for some reason

    Hi @JezzplaysL,
    please follow the below steps and keep us updated on your progress:
    1. Start Parallels Desktop ( Do not start Windows Virtual Machine ).
    2. Go to Virtual Machine configuration > Options tab > Full Screen > From the Scale to fit screen drop-down list choose Keep ratio.
    3. Go to Hardware tab > Graphics or Video > Select " Scaled " as suggested in the article.

    I am currently using the configure for games only, which configure uses the scaled graphics?
