If I use 25% birthday pricing for a subscription, what happens to price after 12 months

Hi, I'm thinking of purchasing a parallels 12 pro subscription, upgrade version, at the discounted 25% birthday pricing. However what is not clear, unless I'm missing something, is what happens to the renewal pricing on anniversary date. Does it revert to full pricing or retain the discounted level?

I'm presuming it is the former but thought I'd ask.
