I created a Task Sequence on PMM 5.0.2.20 and everything was working fine.

I just upgraded to PMM 5.0.3.9 and now when I edit the Task Sequence and click "close," I receive the error:
    "Failed to commit task sequence

Object reference not set to an instance of an object."

If I try to create a new Task Sequence, I get:
    "Failed to run wizard

Not found , property = ISVData"

    Any suggestions?

Hi Robert, this looks like a bug. I suggest you to open a support ticket so the support team could gather some logs and pass those to the dev team.

I figured it out. The first error was because I was connected to my CAS trying to edit it. When I connected the console to the primary site that owns the TS, it worked fine.

The second error was due to an orphaned PMA-Proxy in AD that I deleted.

Can you describe how and where you found orphaned PMA Proxy in AD and deleted. I am asking because, I get same error.

I uninstalled a Primary Site without removing Parallels first.

Went into AD to System > ParallelsServices > PmaConfigMgrProxy-SiteCode and deleted that entry.
