Mac Crashed

    Hi,

    My Mac crashed. I lost all data and programs. I tried to re-install from my Account. But, the key provided their was rejected.
    How can I get my paid version back?

    OK, that worked. However, I believe I should have version "12". I signed up for the upgrades.
