Tech Support - Horrible

    I emailed tech support last week asking when will you support USB 2.

    Never received a email that they got mine, or a reply back. Tried calling the number...Keep getting a constant voice mail.

    Try reading the forum before writing to tech support. This issue has been discussed a LARGE number of times already (probably more than any other issue), and personally, I am glad that the Parallel's team did not waste any of their valuable development/debugging time getting back to you to answer a question that has been already answered on the forum many times.

    Well...

    Its been discussed here in the forums, but NEVER answerd. If you are happy with the tech support never answering the phone or replying to emails...Good luck with this product...
