Cannot active subscription on a new Mac

    I just migrated all my data to a new MacBook from an old one. I simply cannot find the active subscription under my account on the Parallels app, but I have already deleted all data on my old MacBook. The app on the new Mac doesn't ask me if I want to migrate the license to the computer.

    Please provide
    1. A document showing proof of ownership of the license e.g screenshot of purchase confirmation
    2. The old and new email accounts
