The license signature cannot be verified

    I`ve loaded a parallels desktop 17 and. When I input my license key and click button "Activate", this error is displaying.

    I`ve checked this page: https://kb.parallels.com/ru/114681, I don`t have any described issues.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your feedback.

    We can see that the license is already activated on a machine with macOS 13.4(22F66) and the last contact with our servers was on 2024-04-17 12:15.

    So, can you please confirm if the issue is now resolved?

    Hello, the issue is not resolved. When I try to click "activate", the error is already displayed.
    I`ve installed parallel 17 and I try to activate my Permanent License.
